Return & Refund Policy
What items can be returned?
Broken/quality problems merchandise:While received the damage product, contact our customer service online or email us, provide pictures of product breakage , Petbobi will provide the customer with prepaid shipping labels for return
What items can not be returned?
Please note that we do not allow returns or exchanges in the following cases:
An item didn't fit
Didn't like the color/quality
Changed your mind
Ordered by mistake
Bought it somewhere else etc.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your exchange.
Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
