DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Petbobi takes great care to ensure we provide quality products that are packaged to reach you safely. Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. If you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours so we can arrange for a pickup and replacement of the item.
What items can not be returned?

An item didn't fit
Didn't like the color/quality
Changed your mind
Ordered by mistake(please contact Customer Care to cancel it before shipment)
Bought it somewhere else etc.
Refunds
Please don’t worry, petbobi will arrange refunds sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. Customer Care will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
